Evening Schedule

5:30 - 7:00 p.m.

Concert Pre-Party in the West Gym for all Concert guests, featuring a generous spread of heavy hors d'oeuvres from Hippie Chicks Catering and a full bar, including signature cocktails and mocktails.

6:00 - 7:00 p.m.   

Meet-and-Greet in the Field House for Patrons, Sponsors, and Meet-the-Band ticket holders.

7:00 p.m.             

Field House doors open for concert.

7:30 p.m.             

Welcome + Live Auction followed by Wilco.

Attire

Wear what you would wear for a fun night out! Dresses or jeans, blazers or T-shirts—whatever you are comfortable wearing.

Support for Financial Aid

All net proceeds from the Concert support Colorado Academy’s financial aid program. For the 2025-26 school year, CA provided $5.8 million in financial aid to 18% of students.
