The winning bidder will receive a rare, behind-the-scenes invitation into the creative world of the celebrated artist whose Lineup works hang in private collections and galleries across the country. Spending time in Duke’s local studio, you will collaborate directly with him to design a lineup that is unmistakably yours — witness the process and create a painting styled to your vision in colors that fit your space.

Duke’s Lineup paintings are among the most recognizable works in contemporary Western art — bold, expressive, and instantly arresting. The recurring, signature motif of cowboys on horseback or rows of silhouetted riders are rendered in a style that is at once raw and refined, concurrently traditional and contemporary. Collections prize his work not only for its visual impact, but also for the sense of presence it brings to any room.

The original 42” by 54” horizontal mixed media work is a combination of acrylic and oil paint on canvas. Currently in its beginning stages of white and grays, soon to be a stunning, unique-to-you masterpiece. The painting includes a solid ¾ inch square profile matte black wood frame and is signed by Duke.
