Cobalt Gala 2025: Rooted in Reproductive Rights

Reproductive Rights and Abortion Access are under threat across the nation.  This is a critical year to get involved.

Attire

Anything from cocktail attire to formal wear is standard, but please wear what is comfortable! As usual, we encourage folks to dress on theme.

Accessibility

The Fillmore is compliant with all ADA guidelines, and is entirely wheelchair accessible with the exception of 8 of the VIP box seats, which are one step down. The venue has a wheelchair accessible main entrance, as well as accessible elevators and gender neutral restrooms.

Transportation: Public transportation, rideshare, and bicycle racks

The Fillmore is on the #15 Colfax RTD line with a stop across the street. The #15 is also accessed from the Colfax Ave. light rail stop. Rideshare passengers can be dropped off near the front gates on the corner of Colfax and Clarkson. Bike racks are located on the sidewalks surrounding the Fillmore on Colfax and Clarkson. The Fillmore Auditorium is not responsible for lost or stolen bicycles. The Fillmore Auditorium does not own or operate public parking lots and does not have tow or lockout services.

Animals

ADA Approved service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.

Prohibited items

Weapons of any kind including but not limited to guns, knives, box cutters Items that may be used as projectiles Outside food or beverages Large bags or large backpacks Water bladders such as camelbacks Illegal drugs (prescription medication allowed only in bottle with current valid prescription and only in amounts needed for the duration of the event) Marijuana in any form Cameras with extended lenses (only small pocket-sized cameras without extended lenses or phone cameras are allowed), based on artist approval Recording devices Computers or tablets such as iPads Selfie-sticks Signs larger than 8.5”x11” Totems Hula-hoops, poi and any other item that may intrude on other guest’s space. Glow sticks Stickers Flyers/advertisement for other events

Bag Inspections

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guest have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle. Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

ATM

We have ATMs on site located near the bathrooms adjacent to the Merchandise stand just inside of the Main Entry doors on the South end of the building. All bars and the merchandise sales stand accept credit cards.

Automobile Assistance

If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. The Fillmore Auditorium does not have tow or lockout services on site and does not own or operate public parking lots.

Lost and found

If you lose an item while you are at an event, visit our guest service staff in the lobby. After events please call our main office at 303-837-0360.
