Restrictions: Winner must book and complete stay between May 1st to August 31st, 2025. Dates to be mutually agreed upon between winner and owner. Owner will cover related fees with the winner's stay (i.e. cleaning, etc). You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Maximunm of 6 guests.
