Join Podium Sponsor, David S. Heller, and his pups, Willy and Tommy, for a day of bird hunting, pointing dog work, and lunch.
You will be David's guests at The Bluffs- Colorado's premier wing shooting lodge, just an hour from Denver.
- The day will start with a hearty lunch at the lodge, and then you'll head out to the field with David and his pups to pursue pheasants, chukar, and quail.
- All of this takes place in beautiful river bottom country on the eastern plains, where you will experience some incredible dog work, and then enjoy the thrill of the flush as the birds lift off from the ground.
- At the end of the day, all of the harvested birds will be cleaned and packaged for you to take home.
This auction item is open to both hunters and non-hunters alike.
- If you plan to shoot, you must have a hunter's safety card.
- Those that are not interested in hunting and would simply like to experience the work of highly trained upland bird dogs without any shooting involved are welcome to join David in the field for a heart-pounding walk and exciting bird work by the pups.
- It's a wonderful experience in either format!
