Campbell Livestock LLC Wyoming raised, grass fed, and corn finished Angus beef. Donated by Campbell Livestock, LLC in Shoshoni, WY. Owners Jock and Chera Campbell. This family operates cow/calf, yearling and back grounding feed lots in Central Wyoming. Their son Cannon Campbell is a sophomore on the LCCC Rodeo Team and competes in Steer Wrestling, Tie Down Roping and Team Roping. They are donating a whole beef including the processing - we will be selling the beef in two (2) halves.
The hanging weight is estimated to be between 800-900 pounds.
The beef will be butchered in Cheyenne on March 11, 2025.
The successful bidder can select the details of their processing and make arrangements for pickup with K Bar J Meats 307-630-1273. We will not ship this item. Contact Jock Campbell for any other questions.
