Mane Event Headlines!

    • GET READY FOR THE BIG NIGHT! Remember, this year's theme is Boots & Bow Ties so western attire is not required but strongly encouraged. Come in western wear or come in casual chic attire! 
    • Sell those Raffle Tickets! This year, each STM family is being asked to sell 20 tickets.
    • Please help silent auction by bringing donated items from your favorite local businesses!  All items may be dropped off in the school office.  Each silent auction item counts for 2 volunteer hours at STM Catholic! ALL SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS NEED TO BE BROUGHT TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1st! Thank you for your support!

 

It's officially Mane Event season!

Answer the call to support St. Thomas More Catholic School by participating in the 2024 Mane Event! The Mane Event is STM Catholic's annual fundraising event.  The Mane Event fundraiser is critically important to the school, as it provides additional capital needed for the school's annual operating budget.  Raising these funds through the Mane Event allows the school to keep tuition costs down for the families that attend STM Catholic School.  

This year's Mane Event will be a celebration unlike any other!  We are pleased to announce that this year's gala will take place on at 5 pm Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Cielo at Castle Pines. We will embracing Colorado roots with a Boots & Bow Ties western-themed gala, featuring special musical guest Narrow Gauge!  The evening's festivities will include drinks, dinner, silent auction, a live auction, and to end the night, live music and dancing to all your favorite western hits.  Western-themed attire is optional, but strongly encouraged! 

The funds raised through the Mane Event Fundraiser are vitally important to ensure that STM Catholic remains the vibrant school community you can depend on for excellence in education and spiritual development. Tuition alone does not cover the annual costs of operating STM Catholic School.  The STM Parish kindly supports the school by giving over $1,000 per student every year, but additional funds are still necessary to fully fund the operating budget.  This year's Mane Event seeks to raise $300,000 to support the school's annual operating budget.  Rather than raising tuition to cover these costs, STM Catholic raises the necessary funds through our annual Mane Event fundraiser, so that we can keep tuition low and keep our school accessible to more families who desire a Catholic education.       

There are many ways to get involved and support the 2024 STM Catholic Mane Event, including sponsoring the event, volunteering for the event, soliciting or donating auction items and gift cards, and by selling raffle tickets.  Most importantly, we hope you will join us on November 9 at 5 pm for an evening of fun, fellowship, and fundraising, all in support of our beloved school!

The Mane Event is made possible through the generosity of the STM Catholic community!  To make our annual fundraiser a success, we are asking all STM families to donate their time, talent, and treasure to the Mane Event, in any way possible! There are many ways to help, including:

Check for updates and read our communications sent via email and backpack mail! Information on volunteer opportunities will be also be sent out to the school via email, as soon as opportunities become available.   To volunteer for the committee or to donate an auction item, please reach out to the Mane Event Planning Committee at stmmaneevent@stthomasmore.org.
