Event Cancellation Policy:


The Morgan Adams Foundation reserves the right to modify or cancel the event should unforeseen circumstances arise due to public health concerns. As of May 16, 2021, Arapahoe County is in an "All Clear" status insofar as COVID19 pandemic restrictions are concerned. We are continuously monitoring state and local guidelines and will work closely with Centennial Airport and TAC Air to ensure a safe evening that is compliant with all Public Health orders in place the night of the event. Updates will be sent to registered attendees and made available on our event website. Should the event be cancelled, or capacity levels decreased due to public health orders, ticket and table purchases will be considered a donation to help kids with cancer. Purchasers will receive an updated receipt to reflect the 100% tax deductible donation.
